Moderated Q&A Interviews

Brainstorming Session 1
Start Time End Time
1330 1500
In this session, the panelists will break the participants into smaller groups of 6-8, and lead the subgroups to brainstorm solutions around an existing haptic challenge in a “design thinking workshop” style. Participants will tackle existing challenges such as how to create more emotionally impactful interactive artwork installations that utilize haptics, and how to combine touch and music to create an emotion/affect change.
Brainstorming Session 2 / Pitch Jam
Start Time End Time
1500 1630
Note: Depending on the progress made during Brainstorming Session 1, we may continue Session 1, or elect to regroup, and reform into Session 2.
In this session, the panelists will now propose topics they'd like to work on with the artists, and collectively vote on 3-4 topics that emerge from their work and daily haptic explorations. We will then break into smaller groups of 6-8, and work on brainstorming solutions around topics raised during the topic pitch session.
Coffee & Networking Break 2
Start Time End Time
1630 1645
Brainstorm Session 3
Start Time End Time
1645 1730
In this session, the moderator will lead the participants and panelists in sharing lessons learned, best practices, and other useful insights for capture into a “toolkit” to be presented at a future conference.
